I am a multidisciplinary artist whose work lies at the intersection of art and science. After more than fifteen years of neuroscience research in Barcelona, focusing on neurological diseases and publishing extensively in international scientific journals, I now devote my practice to art, drawing on this scientific background.

My work is primarily informed by biology and genetics. Through painting, sculpture, installation, and digital media, I explore how biological mechanisms and information can be translated into visual forms.

For several years, I have been developing Biocodis, a project based on the use of real genetic sequences as creative material. These data are translated through different visual systems, making biological information that is normally invisible perceptible.

My practice retains the analytical approach of scientific research while using art as a space for experimentation and interpretation.
